Innovendis operates as an independent AI brokerage. We help businesses identify AI-shaped problems, evaluate solution paths, and connect with vetted vendors or implementation partners. We are not a software vendor, systems integrator, or professional services firm. We do not develop, host, or operate the AI products or services we recommend.

Content on this Site is provided for informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, technical, or professional advice. Specific recommendations are provided only through direct engagement.

No contractual relationship from forms

Submitting an inquiry, partner application, or contact form does not create a contractual or advisory relationship. Engagement terms, if any, are established separately through direct communication.

Compensation disclosure

Innovendis is compensated by vendors and providers when we source a qualified fit that results in a business relationship. You do not pay Innovendis for advisory, sourcing, or brokerage services. This compensation model is standard across technology services distribution, insurance brokerage, and real estate brokerage.
